What strikes me is 2020's consistency across the board - average sell price, cost per square footage and number of homes sold. I am paying particular attention to the average sell price(s) for 94608 and 94609 (16% and 15% growth over 2019) and 19% average sell price increase in Berkeley! Check out the average price per square footage for 94610 and 94611.
