Affordable housing in Berkeley?

The City of Berkeley is moving towards creating more affordable housing. How? by allowing quadplexes in some areas historically zoned for single family homes. This could help Berkeley move beyond century old exclusionary zoning laws and promote inclusive neighborhoods.
